Clay Electric Cooperative maintains a management agreement with Clay County Water. As part of this agreement, we are hosting their Cross Connection Survey for 2026. You can download a survey form and return it by mail to Clay County Water, Inc., PO Box 555, Flora, IL 62389 or drop it off in person at Clay Electric's headquarters at 7784 Old Highway 50 in Flora.
