When you checked your bills for February, you might have noticed a yellow survey. It’s been a while since we last asked for your thoughts. We want to know how we are doing in service to our members or if there are services our membership would be interested in. If you didn’t get the survey with your bill or lost it, don’t worry. You can take the survey online at www.ceci.coop/survey. It’ll only take a few minutes! Your thoughts are important to us. This survey helps us know if we’re doing a good job and might help us look for future services our members would be interested in. Knowing what you want is a big part of what we do. We strive to look to the future needs of our members and want to provide, as our mission statement says, “Safe, Reliable, and Exceptional Service to our Member-Owners.”

Also, if you flip to the middle of this month’s magazine, you’ll see our first Community Spotlight. We’re shining a light on the annual auction for Shriners Hospitals coming up in May. You can find all the details in that section. Every month, we want to highlight a different community event. Just a heads up, we need to know about events at least one month before they happen.
